- On January 19, 2019 we will continue with a full-day training on ‘Systems Thinking for Social Impact’ in Vienna. This training will allow you to apply a diverse range of tools to your own organization, team and processes. Future dates in other cities and countries will be added, so stay tuned on the Art of Cooperation website for more event dates – and feel free to contact us if we should bring this training to your city!
- In February 4-8, 2019, we’ll have the pleasure of co-organizing the very first social impact systems modeling conference, February 4-8, 2019, in The Hague, The Netherlands. System dynamicists, system thinkers, and social-impact communities from around the world will gather at TUDelft’s Policy Modelling Lab, Turfmarkt 99, The Hague for a conference of the Social Impact Special Interest Group of the System Dynamics Society. This event is all about learning from each other, exchanging approaches and models that work and have real impact, collaboration, and building long-term networks. For those who cannot make it to The Hague: there will be live streaming of the presentations. Stay informed in the Social Impact SIG’s Facebook group and let us know if you are interested in participating – personally or virtually from anywhere in the world!
- On January 27, 2019, Young Modeler and its partner Art of Cooperation will host a new webinar similar to these pioneering Community Model Building sessions. In a live interaction with participants from all over the world, a group of students from the European Master’s programme in System Dynamics will model the complex social issue of “Cooperation in the European refugee crisis”.
